Senior Executive/ Executive, Policy Processing (Non-Motor class)

Responsibilities

Ensure incoming submissions and outgoing outputs complied to acceptance limits, guideline and procedures.
Monitor policy/endorsement issuance within the TAT set.
Check policy/endorsement to ensure accuracy of the data captured.
Daily tracking, monitor and ensure policy/ endorsement processing is issued within the standard turnaround time set.
Attend to incoming mails/submissions/calls/ correspondence.
Follow-up/attend to discrepancies on submission with Marketing.
Perform risk accumulation checks to ensure risk exposure is kept within company retention limits.
Prepare monthly report and ad-hoc reports (whenever necessary).
Scanning and archiving of documents
Attend to STP failed and pending cases
Perform UAT.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned to you.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Actuarial Science or Business Administration.
