1. Strategic Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Commercial Co-Pilot: Serve as the embedded finance lead across all eCommerce commercial forums, providing real-time financial validation for new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and contract renewals.
• Scenario Modelling: Design and maintain complex What-If scenario models to evaluate the financial impact of network changes, fuel price fluctuations, and last-mile partner shifts on the eCommerce P&L.
• Stakeholder Influence: Challenge commercial assumptions with data-driven rigor, acting as the voice of financial discipline and ensuring that growth ambitions are anchored to profitability targets.
