Objective:
This position is responsible for high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment. The position also must find and source candidates by conducting college visits, attending career fairs, attending network events, and by leveraging social media.Ensure smooth on-boarding process of the new employees and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Human Capital functions.Key Responsibility:
Employee Lifecycle Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners including document collection, induction scheduling, and system updates in collaboration with the HC Operations team.Track and support probation reviews, confirmation processes, contract renewals, and internal transfers.Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS and ensure timely resolution of employee queries related to lifecycle transactions.HR Support to Business Units
