- Oversee daily operations at assigned service points, including front counter and admin functions
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and departments to improve processes and patient experience
- Ensure facilities are safe and patient-friendly
- Support Ops & Admin teams in meeting service and satisfaction goals
- Develop innovative services to enhance customer experience
- Work with clinical heads to meet volume and financial targets; handle budgeting and business planning
- Supervise, train, and appraise non-nursing staff
- Lead recruitment and retention efforts for a stable, skilled team
- Maintain open communication between staff and management
- Participate in committees and other assigned tasks
