Opportunity Description
- Assess, develop, and implement organisational development (OD) plans and initiatives in alignment with strategic priorities, purpose, and values.
- Provide end-to-end coordination and execution of OD workplans, including workshops, engagement sessions, diagnostics, and leadership touchpoints.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, including preparing communication materials, stakeholder updates, training sessions, and practical toolkits.
- Partner with HR and Communications to deliver high-impact staff engagement activities, onboarding programmes, employer branding events, and roadshows.
- Maintain accurate tracking, data analysis, and reporting of OD initiatives and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
