Functional (Job Responsibilities)

• Business development for key PFS system related projects
• Project manage the implementation of card and payment products
• Business support for payment system projects related to the goal of driving and delivery of mass banking product adoption
• Managing and tracking all production support issues for compliance to regulatory requirements and participation in disaster recovery exercises
• Vendor management for the implementation of card products and payments from conceptualization to go-live
• Financials management of the project (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Adopting and implementing best practices to support COO – PFS in the drive to improve governance, market response, and customer service
