Senior Executive (Programmes and Partnerships Department/Volunteer Management) - 3+3 months

The officer will assist the Volunteer Management Branch in managing personnel who will be supporting the implementation of the Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS).

The Beverage Container Return Scheme aims to:

a) Increase the recycling rate of beverage containers and reduce the amount of waste disposed of as well as carbon emissions; and

b) Raise consumer awareness on the importance of recycling and encourage good recycling practices.

• Assist team in managing personnel deployments to support BCRS, including administrative, training, and logistical support.
• Serve as key liaison officers to support management of a pool of personnel for all BCRS deployment-related matters.
• Manage and coordinate communications for this pool of personnel, e.g. creating WhatsApp groups to facilitate dissemination of information quickly and accurately.
