Senior Executive Search Consultant/ Team Leader

We are looking for a Senior Search Consultant who is ready to step into a dual role: delivering high-impact mandates at senior and C-suite levels, while developing and guiding a team of consultants to do the same.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. You will carry a personal portfolio of searches while coaching, shaping pitches, and contributing to the practice's strategic direction.
