Primary Objectives of Position:
Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of talent management, succession planning, leadership development and career development initiatives to strengthen SBS Transit Group’s leadership pipeline and build future-ready capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management, Succession Planning and Development
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of talent management and succession planning frameworks to strengthen the organisation's leadership pipeline.
- Coordinate and support annual talent review and succession planning exercises across the organisation.
- Coordinate and administer talent development interventions, including leadership programmes, structured job rotations, coaching, mentoring, and other developmental opportunities.
