ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The candidate works independently in nearly all cases with rare need to consult with higher level expertise or outside personnel on problems of exceptional difficulty. Accomplish work at a level of difficulty often associated with degreed engineers. Provides senior level expertise to resolve moderately to very challenging problems in the area of responsibility.
