We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Façade Designer to lead the delivery of engineering design projects from initial concept through to practical completion. The role involves working across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, retail, industrial, education, hospitality, leisure, and other specialist environments, offering the opportunity to take ownership of complex and high-profile schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium‑scale projects.
• Investigate solutions, explore options, and communicate design solutions independently.
• Interpret the client brief and prepare designs at all stages from scheme to detail.
• Attend Design Team meetings with clients, collaborators, and communicate ideas through sketches, models, and presentations.
• Produce concept sketches, detailed designs, calculations, and reports in accordance with project programmes.
