Senior Facade QS: Curtain Wall & Envelopes

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior commercial professional to manage the full financial lifecycle of facade packages, from initial tendering through to project completion. You'll lead tender preparations, manage procurement, oversee post-contract administration, and ensure project profitability.

The ideal candidate has quantity surveying experience, particularly with facade systems. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is required. The role requires strong negotiation skills and knowledge of local industry regulations.
