Description / Overview

The Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for the full range of rough and finish skilled carpentry, including the ability to read blueprints, specifications, drawings and instructions to design, cabinetry. Designs, construct remodels, retrofits and repairs interior and exterior structures made of wood, drywall & tape, plaster, steel, concrete or brick including metal fabrication. System furniture design and installation hung ceiling layout and installation, interior partitioning frame to finish, flooring VCT tile, carpet tile subfloor and cove base installation.
