**Job Overview:**
APTIM currently has an opening for an experienced Senior Capture Manager for the Remediation and Technical Solutions (RTS) sector Strategic Business Unit. The Senior Capture Manager will primarily focus on large Federal Government pursuits. The successful candidate will identify, qualify, and lead the development of strategic opportunities to increase sales across our chosen end markets.
**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities** :
+ **Lead capture management for strategic, high-value opportunities** aligned with APTIM's Remediation & Technical Solutions growth strategy.
+ Develop and execute **comprehensive capture plans, win strategies, and customer engagement plans** .
