Senior Field Engineer

As a Senior Field Engineer, you will lead, plan, and manage the technical and safe execution of offshore construction projects, including transportation and installation scopes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that your allocated work scope is executed according to project requirements, both at the office and offshore.

Responsibilities

• Review all technical documents at contract award, highlighting discrepancies and tender deficiencies.
• Plan and assign resources to meet engineering deliverable timelines.
• Monitor performance to prevent delays or major issues.
• Lead and review installation, procurement, and fabrication documentation (e.g., scopes, procedures, drawings).
• Ensure all documentation meets technical and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and support procurement/subcontracting to engage competent vendors.
