Senior Field Supervisor (Plantation) Plantation Executive | Permanent Kretay Estate, Terengganu

• Allocate daily tasks and manage the plantation workforce effectively.
• Maintain and update daily attendance and operational cost records.
• Supervise field activities such as harvesting, fertilization, spraying, weeding, pruning, and general plantation maintenance.
• Ensure all operations comply with agronomic standards, safety protocols, and established procedures.
• Guide, mentor, and monitor supervisors and workers to achieve operational targets.
• Conduct regular plantation inspections and report operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with MSPO certification requirements and occupational safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Minimum qualification: Certificate in Agriculture or equivalent. Diploma in Plantation Management is preferred.

Extensive experience in oil palm plantation operations and supervision.
