Senior Finance Manager, Legal and Compliance

**Overview**

The Central Finance Team directly supports various Corporate Services, including Microsoft’s Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) organization. This team provides reporting and analysis to inform financial and business decisions, supports litigation matters, and ensures compliance with regulatory entities. 

We are seeking a **Senior Finance Manager, Legal and Compliance** , to lead critical financial discovery projects for CELA. This role brings a combination of financial reporting, data analytics, project management, and research skills to provide our business partners with critical information. Precision, accuracy, and timeliness are crucial, as the reporting will be used for regulatory and compliance purposes.
