Senior finance transformation specialist

Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end Finance Transformation programmes across Record-to-Report (R2 R), Procure-to-Pay (P2 P), Order-to-Cash (O2 C), FP&A, and Group Reporting. Drive process design, solution workshops, and ERP/EPM implementations (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP, Oracle preferred), including AI-enabled finance transformation initiatives. Design and implement Finance Target Operating Models, governance frameworks, controls, and process improvements to optimise finance operations. Manage and engage senior stakeholders, including CFOs, Finance Directors, CIOs, and cross-functional business and IT teams. Support programme delivery through testing, deployment, stabilisation, and adoption activities. Contribute to practice growth and commercial activities, including proposals, client presentations, go-to-market initiatives, and identifying business development opportunities.
