Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. You will create and utilize data-driven analysis that holds the senior leaders of the business accountable to delivering budget targets. This role requires effective communication, self-motivation, strong organizational skills, the ability to extract insights from large and multiple data sets, and the ability to develop and maintain complex Excel models while growing the P&L.

Responsibilities

• Establishing solid business partnerships with leaders across the business
• Preparing presentations for the Senior Management team
• Preparing, improving and streamlining the budgeting, forecasting and long term planning process
• Performing deep analysis and scorecard against budget/forecast monthly and quarterly
• Responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely month-end variance and management reporting
