Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, Regional Operation

Job Description:
Lead a small team to analyse cost trends across various markets to develop valuable actionable insights for management reporting to C-suite leaders, for decision making on strategic goals Be the owner of monthly cost and headcount reporting cadences across 8 markets Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes for cost optimisation, value creation and process efficiency Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of business trends, industry benchmarks and competitive landscape Build and maintain strategic relationships with a variety of different stakeholders from both Regional and Local teams, including functional leaders, process owners and management teams Requirements:
