Senior Fleet Personnel Officer

As a Senior Fleet Personnel Officer at BSM, you will engage in crew operations, serving as a key link between ship and shore. Key Responsibilities

• Execute vessel manning plans by identifying, evaluating, and selecting qualified seafarers in line with flag state regulations and budget constraints
• Review and approve employment contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards
• Plan and implement crew rotations and end‑of‑contract procedures to maintain uninterrupted vessel operations
• Monitor current and future crew vacancies and support the development of annual manning plans and budgets
