As a specialist, you are the technical expert on sweetener chemistry and behavior. Key Responsibilities Recipe Formulation: Design and iterate prototypes using artificial/intense sweeteners to achieve the desired sweetness without compromising taste, mouthfeel, or bulk. Synergy Optimization: Blend various high-intensity sweeteners to mask bitter aftertastes and mimic the temporal profile of sucrose.
