Senior Foreman Position
A Senior Foreman is responsible for overall site management, ensuring projects run efficiently, safely and to the highest standards. The role requires strong supervisory experience, solid technical knowledge and familiarity with relevant scopes of work to successfully lead site operations and project execution.
Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Overseeing and coordinating the implementation of all tasks on the construction site. Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment. Resource Management: Managing equipment, materials, and labour resources. Personnel Management: Managing employees, local labour, and subcontractors. Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of work meets project specifications and industry standards.
