Job Description: As part of a client-facing Professional Services team, the Senior Functional Consultant provides dedicated support to one or more strategic clients implementing Commercial Loan Servicing. In this role, you will: Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements. Defines product scope, objectives and requirements. Define specifications and data models for product development and testing. Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements for software modifications, custom enhancements, and system-to-system integrations. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and procedural guides.
