A well-established global fund administrator is seeking Fund Accountants / Senior Fund Accountants to join their Real Estate fund services team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure timely delivery of NAVs, financial statements, and fund reporting
• Review accounting outputs and oversee quarter-end processes and deliverables, working with books prepared by offshore teams
• Perform consolidation across multiple SPV entities and multi-currency structures within RE fund portfolios
• Handle investor services, including capital calls, distributions, and investor notices
