職務概要
シニア・ジェネラルアカウンタントは、ABBジャパンのファイナンス＆アカウンティングオペレーションにおいて重要な役割を担い、Record-to-Report（R2R）機能を支援します。本ポジションでは、正確な財務記録の維持と、US-GAAP（グループ会計基準）およびJ-GAAP（日本の法定会計基準）の双方に対する完全なコンプライアンスの確保を担います。
また、Statutory Compliance Services（SCS）チーム（Statutory Compliance Center of Excellence）と密接に連携し、日本における法定財務諸表の作成、監査対応、および各種開示・提出に関わるマイルストーンの調整を行います。
さらに、本ポジションは専門領域のエキスパートとして、信頼されるビジネスパートナーの立場から、カントリーファイナンスマネージャー、日本のローカルファイナンスチーム、中国ファイナンス＆アカウンティングオペレーションズハブ、コントローリング、税務、トレジャリー部門と密接に連携します。業務改善の推進や、必要に応じたABBのファイナンス関連...
