Senior Generalist - HRBP

**What you’ll do:**

We are hiring a Senior Generalist- HRBP to play a pivotal role in advancing the people agenda at Eaton. This is a critical hire responsible for partnering with business leaders to deliver a strong talent pipeline, effective leadership capability, and operational excellence. The role uniquely blends strategic HR business partnering with hands-on execution across talent management, employee relations, and People operations. As a trusted advisor, you will translate business priorities into impactful people strategies while strengthening a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned to Eaton’s values and the Eaton Business System (EBS).
