Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage geotechnical aspects of large-scale infrastructure and marine projects, particularly those involving soft soils. Develop ground improvement designs and methodologies tailored to challenging soil conditions. Provide technical leadership on dredging, reclamation, and beneficial reuse of soft dredged materials. Oversee site investigations, data interpretation, and geotechnical reporting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, environmental, dredging, reclamation, and marine engineers. Engage with clients, regulators, and contractors to ensure high-quality, sustainable outcomes. Requirements:
