Senior Geotechnical Engineer

 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative geotechnical solutions on large-scale UK and international projects. Responsibilities include:

• Managing multidisciplinary assignments with technical, commercial, and financial oversight
• Producing and overseeing technical delivery of detailed design, design checks, and advanced analysis including FEM (e.g. PLAXIS, Z-soil)
• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their Chartership journey
• Supporting business development by contributing to proposals and developing client relationships
• Driving excellence and consistency across our technical outputs
• Working closely with other disciplines in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
