Senior Global Employee Relations Lead

Oakleaf Partnership is looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional for a senior role in London. You will provide ER support across the International region, manage complex and sensitive employee matters, and implement policies.

Your role will involve leading investigations, developing ER standards, and contributing to the governance framework. With over 10 years in Employee Relations, you should have deep knowledge of labour laws and strong analytical skills.
