A proven offshore staffing company is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant to drive business development through strategic outbound sales activities. This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients while building a career in the rapidly growing offshore staffing industry.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through multi-channel outbound campaigns and nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales pipeline. This position requires engaging directly with founders, executives, and hiring managers to introduce Staff X's offshore staffing solutions and qualify their hiring needs. You will work closely with senior sales closers and internal teams to ensure smooth opportunity progression and client onboarding.
