Senior Growth Lead I DTC E-Commerce (wfd) Dubai & remote

About the Role

We’re hiring a hands‑on Growth Operator / Head of Marketing to take ownership of the performance engine of a fast‑scaling DTC e‑commerce brand.

This is not a typical management role. You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for driving growth across markets channels and funnels. You don’t need to have done this exact role before but you need to be a builder who figures things out fast and gets things done.

If you combine analytical thinking with hands‑on e‑commerce experience and an ownership mentality, this role is for you.

Tasks

• Performance marketing across Meta, Google, AppLovin (Axon) and Taboola
• Creative strategy, identifying winning hooks, angles and concepts
• Copywriting ads, landing pages, funnels and product pages
