Senior Health Informatics Specialist

Responsibilities

post holder will:

• Provide technical assistance to support the implementation of a strategic health management information system to improve informatics and data use within the health sector.
• Support the creation of an analytical processing system, which will bring together information from aggregate data collection systems.
• Adopt a mechanism to annually assess data quality and use.
• Provide systems analysis and information system deployment services to all programmatic areas and departments.
• Participate in face‑to‑face meetings and telephonic conference calls and other relationship management responsibilities with project officers and other relevant stakeholders and policy makers.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations that improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
