Job Summary:

TheSeniorHealth Information System Officer will lead the design, implementation, and management of monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities under the STRIDESMoroccoActivity.The positionisresponsible fordeveloping and overseeing the project's MEL framework, indicator tracking systems, and data quality assurance processes, ensuring that data is accurately collected, analyzed, and reported against agreed targets. The HIS Officer III will synthesize project data to inform adaptive management decisions and support evidence-based program adjustments.
