RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement and promote occupational health programmes as well as provide recommendations on protective measures to control health risks and exposure to occupational health hazards Develop and implement safety related systems/procedures/initiatives to meet HSEQ policy guidelines and statutory requirements Recommend improvements to existing OS&H policies and procedures as well as coordinate resolution of implementation problems in order to enhance refinery HSE performance Perform HSE/ISO/SMS internal audit and participate in periodical inspections to verify compliance to rules & regulations and identify areas for enhancing safety perform...
