Senior Healthcare Sales Executive (Outbound & Closing) – California Assisted Living SaaS (Remote)

COMPENSATION

• $2,000 USD per month base salary

• $50 USD commission for each new account closed

• Additional $250 USD bonus for every 10 new accounts closed

• Expected earnings of $2,500–$5,000+ per month for top performers

• Full-time remote position

• Must be available during U.S. business hours (Pacific Time preferred)

ABOUT US

We provide a specialized SaaS platform exclusively for California Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs), with a particular focus on 6-bed assisted living homes.

Unlike most sales positions, all leads are provided. We maintain a database of over 7,000 assisted living owner and operator contacts (decision makers) throughout California.
