Senior HR & Admin Executive
to lead recruitment activities and support HR operational matters within the organisation. The role will work closely with management and hiring departments to support manpower planning and recruitment in the construction industry while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertisement posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination and offer preparation. Lead recruitment activities for all positions across the organisation, including critical, technical, project-based and construction workforce roles such as engineers, project staff, site personnel and construction workers.
