Role Overview

We currently have an existing vacancy within our HR team for someone who enjoys working across complex and sensitive people matters. In this role, you’ll provide expert HR advisory support and deliver practical, high‑quality guidance that helps drive positive outcomes and a great client experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of HR advisory cases, including those that are complex and high‑risk, ensuring advice is legislatively sound, practical, and aligned to best practice.
• Provide expert guidance on HR situations, including those that are complex, high‑risk, and ambiguous, across a broad range of HR topics (ex. employee relations, discipline, terminations, accommodations, compliance).
