Role Overview
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Broadridge’s International businesses. Reporting to the Head of HR International, the role partners closely with business leadership to deliver people strategies that drive organisational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement.
This position requires deep understanding of employment legislation, experience supporting change initiatives, and the ability to work effectively within a global matrix organisation.
