Remote Recruitment is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support people strategy at a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll work closely with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and build a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives
- Lead on employee relations matters including performance management and disciplinaries
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives
- Advise on UK employment law and policy interpretation
- Lead organisational change projects from a people perspective

- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in a UK-facing environment
