Opportunity Description
- Perform system administration tasks (e.g., configurations, user access) to support both ongoing operations and project rollouts.
- Analyse HR workflows, propose improvements, and assist in implementing changes tied to projects or vendor solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal HR stakeholders during project phases (e.g., testing, data migration, customization) to ensure technical accuracy.
- Create reports and dashboards to track project progress, process performance, and improvement metrics.
- Train end-users on project deliverables (e.g., new tools, updated processes) and gather feedback for refinement.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance during vendor-supported implementations.
- Document processes, project plans, and vendor agreements to maintain clarity and accountability.
