Opportunity Description
In charge of monthly payroll duties, including staff time attendance system (TMS) and verify daily attendance record to ensure prompt salary payments including overtime work Handle end-to-end Recruitment & selection processes Responsible for preparing appointment letters for new staff, track and process confirmation, resignation & termination Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF, SDL, income tax (IR8A, IR21) Manage employee work passes (WP, SP, EP, LOC, Dependant Pass and etc) and visit pass for guest Assist in MYE and HR related projects Administer and maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity claim and training grant Manage insurance for company and staff (eg. Medical insurance, work injury, compensation claim matters) Well-versed and strong understanding of Singapore Employment Law (MOM, IRAS, CPF, ICA etc) Liaise with local Poly / University for Internship Administration and coordination for training ...
