Senior HR Manager (Electronic Manufacturing)

About: Our Client are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and workplace practices within the organisation. Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, HR operations, payroll support, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and HR administration.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and conflict resolution matters in accordance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, tripartite guidelines, and company HR policies.
Support and maintain Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards relating to labour and ethics practices.
Provide HR advisory support to management on employee matters, disciplinary actions, and workplace compliance.
