Join Pacheedaht First Nation as the Human Resources Manager, leading HR functions within a culturally rich community in Port Renfrew. Support employee engagement and strategic HR initiatives.
Reporting to the Band Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing HR for approximately 90 staff members. This hands-on position requires you to apply best practices in employee relations, workforce planning, and ensure HR processes reflect the community's traditions.
