The Department of Computer Science is seeking two experienced and proactive HR professionals to join our ambitious and evolving HR team. These newly created roles sit at the heart of an exciting redesign of our HR service, offering the opportunity to lead HR delivery across a diverse stakeholder group within a world‑leading department that continues to grow and evolve. Working in partnership with managers and staff across designated departmental Themes, you will deliver a high‑quality, people‑focused HR service across the full employee lifecycle. You will take ownership of a broad portfolio of activity, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, organisational change, immigration compliance and employee lifecycle processes.
