Principal Accountabilities


In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Design, support and implement Learning & Development programs such as: Mentorship, DEI, Leadership Readiness, Employee Experience survey and culture initiatives.

  • Training Needs Assessment through Talent Management Calibration (TMC)MC (Talent Management Calibration) - Development Needs.

  • Develop and curate the e‑learning platform and training content.

  • Implement and monitor the Mentoring Program.

  • Manage on‑demand development projects: Team Building, Outplacement, Coaching and Assessments

  • Execute Talent Management and Succession Planning processes.

  • Analyze employee experience surveys and propose action plans.

  • Improve onboarding and learning paths.
