Position Summary
As a Senior HR Specialist – Production, you will act as the primary HR partner for production-related functions. You will support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle while contributing to employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and the development of HR processes and practices.
The role will play an important part in establishing scalable HR practices, supporting organizational growth, strengthening management capability, and ensuring effective people management and employee relations practices during the company’s ramp‑up and production expansion phases.
