Our client, in the Technology consulting industry, currently has a need to hire a Senior HR Specialist to assist them with HR generalist function. This role will also focus on Technology hiring.
The Role
You will be involved with HR operations cope which include end to end recruitment process, such as liaising with internal stakeholders on the requirements of the staffing needs, partnering with recruitment agencies, sourcing for candidates through different platforms, posting of ads and screening of candidates, arranging interviews as well as seeing through the whole process of up to negotiation and offer stage. There will be involvement in general HR operations activities such as work pass applications, etc.
Your Profile
You should have a degree in HR or Business or any related discipline, with a min of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar capacity. You should have decent communication skill...
