Senior HSE Officer

We are seeking for a Senior HSE Officer who will be responsible in leading HSE and process safety activities, including risk analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, MOC, PTW, and contractor HSE performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and monitor HSE and process safety activities. Review project specifications and deliverables for HSE compliance. Conduct risk analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, What-if studies, and participate in QRA. Review MOC for process, equipment, and chemical changes. Provide technical safety guidance for critical construction and operational activities. Promote process safety culture and ensure closure of HSE recommendations. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering. NEBOSH certification is mandatory. CSP certification is preferred. Minimum 15 years experience in petrochemical / oil & gas industry. Minimum 8 years experience in process safety. Strong knowledge of HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, MOC, PTW, JSA, and process safety management. Fluent in English.
