Opportunity Description
Overview:
LeadAdvisors is hiring a Senior HubSpot CRM Specialist to own our HubSpot portal end to end — pipelines, automations, data hygiene, and revenue reporting across the LeadAdvisors brand and sub-brands. You'll be the single owner of how leads move through the CRM, how clean the data stays, and how clearly the numbers read for leadership. This is a remote, full-time role for a PH-based operator who can build, run, and improve a CRM without being told what to do next. You report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Own the HubSpot portal end to end — pipelines, lifecycle and deal stages, custom properties, and permissions across all brands.
- Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automations: lead routing, lead scoring, task creation, and internal notifications.
